I started AI Staffing Tools because I wanted a resource I wished existed when I was running a recruiting desk: plain-spoken assessments from someone who has actually used these products to fill real roles. Not regurgitated press releases, not feature-list comparisons pulled from pricing pages. Actual opinions backed by hands-on testing.

Every review on this site comes from signing up, configuring the tool, running it against real workflows (sourcing, screening, outreach, scheduling), and documenting what worked and what didn't.
